Contact BoundariesInbound only
Contact boundaries.
Doodle accepts inbound email at the verified aliases below. These inboxes are for human review of public site questions, privacy requests, legal notices, security reports, accessibility feedback, corrections, and suspicious or inaccurate lead reports.
The verified aliases are not emergency routes. Do not send sensitive personal, medical, legal, school, financial, password, government ID, client or patient, or emergency information by email. Contact forms, outbound email sending, automated ticketing, auto-replies, and Email Worker processing are not enabled.
Emergency and crisis boundary
The verified aliases are not emergency routes and are not monitored like emergency services. Doodle does not provide crisis support, therapy, clinical decisions, safety planning, or urgent intervention. In the United States, call 911 or 988 as appropriate.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@doodleit.org. Keep the request narrow and avoid unnecessary sensitive details. Doodle may need minimal information to understand or verify the request, but users should not send passwords, government IDs, medical records, or client/patient information by email.
Legal notices
Legal notices can be sent to legal@doodleit.org. This address is for inbound notices only and does not mean Doodle provides legal advice, accepts legal conclusions, or waives any rights. Attorney review may be needed.
Security reports
Security reports can be sent to security@doodleit.org. Please avoid public disclosure, do not send secrets, and do not include exploit details beyond what is needed to understand the issue. Doodle does not currently operate a bounty or public vulnerability disclosure program.
Inaccurate or suspicious lead reports
Reports about suspicious, outdated, unsafe, or inaccurate candidate leads can be sent to hello@doodleit.org. Doodle may review and update, remove, or deprioritize information when appropriate, but does not promise a specific investigation outcome.
General site questions
General site questions, corrections, accessibility feedback, and public-preview feedback can be sent to hello@doodleit.org. Doodle cannot provide placement, legal, clinical, licensure, employment, school-approval, or official decision-making advice.
Operational emails
Doodle may send narrow operational emails for waitlist verification, 24-hour seat invitations, Day 14 voluntary release notices, and Day 28 final inactivity warnings. Verified .edu email is required for student access, and inactive accounts are scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. These are not newsletters, marketing automation, autoresponders, or customer-support promises.
No guaranteed response time
The verified aliases are inbound-only human review channels. There is no automated ticketing system, autoresponder, Email Worker, contact form, outbound site email system, or guaranteed response time.
Official-source verification
Users should verify all practicum, internship, field placement, school, program, site, agency, supervisor, licensure, and employment details directly with official sources before relying on them.
