How to usePublic previewMock-safe

How to use Doodle.

Doodle helps students organize behavioral health practicum search work: planning a search, reviewing demo leads, saving promising options, tracking outreach, using templates, and checking resume fit.

This public preview uses mock-safe demo results. It is not a live verified placement database, and demo results are not verified current openings.

Start here

  1. Start a search with realistic inputs for your program, location, supervision needs, settings, and populations.
  2. Review the scored demo leads and read the evidence notes for each lead.
  3. Save a lead that looks worth independent verification.
  4. Open the tracker and move the lead as your outreach changes.
  5. Use templates and the resume helper to prepare the next step.
  6. Verify every site, contact, deadline, supervision detail, eligibility rule, and school requirement independently.

Important limits

  • Doodle is early and mock-safe.
  • Doodle is educational and workflow support only.
  • Doodle is not a placement service, not a verified placement database, not a school approval system, not a licensing-board resource, not a clinical supervisor, not an employer, not a recruiter, not a staffing agency, not an employment agency, not a consumer reporting agency, not a healthcare provider, not a therapy service, not a crisis service, not a legal adviser, and not a financial adviser.
  • Demo results are not verified current openings.
  • Google Places, job postings, FindTreatment/SAMHSA, and website scanning are not live yet.
  • No emails are sent from Doodle.
  • Doodle does not guarantee placement, interviews, school approval, academic credit, licensure approval, supervision approval, employment, or acceptance by any site.
  • Doodle does not make admissions, placement, internship, supervision, hiring, licensure, eligibility, interview, selection, or approval decisions.
  • Labels, badges, scores, rankings, summaries, and tracker statuses are not verification, approval, recommendation, or suitability decisions.
  • Your school or program approval process still matters.

Before you begin

  • Use Doodle only for general practicum-search organization.
  • Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, verification codes, medical records, protected health information, therapy notes, client or patient information, confidential school documents, payment details, bank information, government IDs, emergency information, or other highly sensitive information.
  • Watch for red flags such as requests for money, checks, gift cards, crypto, reshipping, bank information, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, government IDs, passwords, verification codes, unofficial channels, or urgent pressure.
  • Doodle is not for emergencies, crisis support, therapy, clinical decisions, licensure decisions, school approval decisions, employment decisions, eligibility decisions, legal decisions, or financial decisions.
  • Doodle is not permanent storage or a backup. Keep your own records outside Doodle.
  • If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or 988 in the United States.

Verify before relying

A candidate lead appearing in Doodle does not mean it is accepting students, approved by your school, approved by a licensing board, or suitable for your practicum.

  • Verify with your school, academic program, practicum office, field placement office, internship coordinator, program handbook, syllabus, or student handbook.
  • Verify directly with the agency, employer, supervisor, site, or organization.
  • Verify state, licensure, certification, supervision, insurance, background-check, and training-hour requirements with the appropriate official source.
  • Get written confirmation from your school or program if preapproval is required before outreach, interviews, or placement.

Feature limits

  • Saving a lead does not create an application, interview, offer, approval, relationship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
  • Tracker statuses are personal organization notes only and do not verify agency status, school approval, supervisor approval, licensing eligibility, employment status, or placement status.
  • Templates are examples only. Edit every message for accuracy, and remember Doodle does not send email for you.
  • Resume-helper guidance is a drafting aid only. You are responsible for truthful, accurate, current, and appropriate materials.
  • Automated or AI-assisted guidance may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review, edit, fact-check, and verify it before relying on it.
  • If you send, submit, or reuse Doodle-assisted text, you are responsible for that final content.

Doodle it

When you are not sure where to start, Doodle it: run a search, review the evidence, save what looks worth verifying, and keep your next steps visible.

Dedicated legal, privacy, accessibility, security, and support contact addresses should be added before broader public launch.
