If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or 988 in the United States.

4. Behavioral-health education boundary

Doodle may help users organize searches related to behavioral-health practicum, internship, field placement, or supervised training. That does not make Doodle a behavioral-health service, healthcare provider, clinical training program, supervision program, licensing-board resource, therapy service, crisis service, or source of clinical judgment.

5. No school, program, licensure, or legal approval

Users must verify requirements with official sources.

6. No placement, employment, or outcome guarantee

Doodle does not promise, guarantee, arrange, secure, reserve, approve, verify, or place any user into a practicum, internship, field placement, supervised training site, supervisor relationship, interview, job, academic program, clinical hour, licensure path, certification path, income opportunity, employment opportunity, or other outcome.

7. Candidate leads and third-party information

8. No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership

Unless Doodle expressly states otherwise in writing, Doodle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, partnered with, authorized by, or officially connected to any school, university, program, employer, agency, supervisor, training site, licensing board, professional board, government agency, brand, platform, or other third party mentioned on the website.

9. Automated and AI-assisted guidance

Automated or AI-assisted features are general educational and workflow-support tools only. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, fabricated, biased, irrelevant, unsuitable, or inconsistent with a user's actual school, program, agency, supervisor, state, licensure path, profession, location, qualifications, or situation. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying any output before sending, submitting, or relying on it.

10. Resume-helper and template guidance

Resume-helper materials, templates, examples, outreach scripts, checklists, and suggested wording are general drafting aids only. Users are responsible for ensuring every resume, application, email, message, form, and statement is truthful, accurate, complete, current, professional, appropriate, and compliant with applicable requirements.

11. Accuracy, availability, and no reliance

Doodle attempts to provide helpful workflow support, but it does not guarantee that content, features, forms, results, templates, leads, contact details, links, instructions, AI-assisted outputs, or saved information are accurate, complete, current, secure, available, uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for any user.

12. Sensitive information warning

Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, protected health information, therapy notes, client or patient information, confidential school documents, financial account information, payment card information, government identification numbers, emergency information, or other highly sensitive information.

13. Accounts, saved information, and user responsibility

Users are responsible for account security, information they enter, saved leads, tracker statuses, notes, outreach decisions, applications, resumes, messages, and all actions taken based on Doodle content or third-party information.

14. Third-party websites and services

Third-party websites, schools, agencies, employers, supervisors, boards, and platforms are outside Doodle's control. Their content, availability, rules, practices, security, privacy policies, and decisions may change without notice.

15. Current monetization and email status

Doodle currently does not include donations, ads, sponsors, affiliate links, payments, newsletter signup, contact forms, or site-sent outreach emails. If ads, donations, payments, analytics, or public email tools are added later, legal/privacy notices will be updated before activation.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law and subject to attorney review, Doodle and its operator are not liable for decisions, losses, claims, damages, or consequences arising from use of Doodle, reliance on Doodle, third-party information, unavailable features, data issues, or user-submitted content.

18. Non-waivable rights and contacts

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Doodle is not a consumer reporting agency. Doodle content must not be used as a consumer report or as a basis for employment, credit, insurance, housing, government benefits, licensure, school admission, school approval, practicum approval, clinical supervision, field placement, internship placement, or similar eligibility decisions.

21. Labels, scores, and statuses are not verification

Labels, badges, filters, scores, rankings, tracker statuses, summaries, demo results, and AI-assisted outputs are not verification, approval, endorsement, safety determinations, suitability decisions, school approvals, agency approvals, supervisor approvals, or official determinations.

22. Scam and safety red flags

Requests for money, checks, gift cards, cryptocurrency, reshipping, bank information, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, passwords, verification codes, unofficial channels, secrecy, or urgent pressure may be red flags. Verify independently through official channels before taking action.

23. Not permanent storage or backup

Doodle is not a permanent storage system or backup service. Keep independent copies of important records and confirmations outside Doodle.

24. Contact route status

Public contact email routes and aliases are the next setup phase. Contact forms and email sending are not enabled. Doodle is not a support inbox, emergency route, or request channel in this build.
