A Doodle account-access link is tied to one normalized .edu email address, expires after 24 hours, and can be used once. Open signup remains closed; use the exact .edu email address connected to the link.

.edu verification and Doodle account access do not mean school endorsement, placement eligibility, or school approval.

Account-access requirements

  • The secure access token is single-use and time-limited.
  • The connected .edu address is locked for account creation.
  • Email verification must finish before activation.
  • Terms and Privacy acceptance is required.
  • Expired links release the seat for the next eligible waitlist entry.
  • Invalid or expired links fail safely without revealing waitlist status.
